5 Leafy Greens
In this episode we go over the rather broad category of edible leafy greens! We mostly go over selecting your typical salad greens, but also touch on some foragable species.
We cover some of our favorite greens, and then different ways to grow and ultimately harvest them. We also dedicate special attention to growing greens in a coldframe over the winter, and how to save seeds from your leafy greens!
