2 Cider
Today on the Revolutionary's Garden, I'll be discussing our favorite autumnal beverage. Cities are filled with thousands of apple trees whose fallen apples go to waste. So we'll tell you how to get a cider press, gather fallen apples, and press fresh apple cider to share with the whole community. We'll also cover pasteurizing and preserving your cider, including how to ferment it.
As always if you like our show please consider donating to us on Patreon. Listener support will help us make the show even bigger and better!
We at the Revolutionary's Garden recognize that we are farming occupied Duwamish land. We pay a portion of the shows income as rent to the Duwamish tribe, both to materially support the tribes needs, as well as reinforce their legal and moral claim to stewardship of this land.
